ABOUT THE WORK
Antlers passed on by local hunters are cut, drilled, strung with cord and packed into capsules with a slip of Tosa washi paper. Since 2021, the project has put a mountain resource to use instead of letting it go to waste, and paid the people whose hands do the work.
Inside each small capsule is a loop that connects hunters, welfare facilities, local makers, the shops that host the machines, and the person who picks it up. This page follows that loop, one step at a time.
